We recommend travelling to Keukenhof by bus. During the tulip season (18 March to 9 May 2027) you won’t have to look for a parking space, and you arrive at Keukenhof and the tulip fields relaxed. There are two types of bus:

Tulip Festival Shuttle: direct to Keukenhof from Amsterdam Centre, Schiphol and the Rotterdam Cruise Terminal. You travel in a luxury coach with a guaranteed seat.
Public transport: the Qbuzz Keukenhof buses from Haarlem (850), Amsterdam RAI (852) and Leiden Centraal (854), bus 859 from Hoofddorp Station, and line 250 from Haarlem, Heemstede and Hillegom. On busy days a seat is not always available.

With both the shuttle and public transport you return whenever you like: return times are flexible. Below you will find all the information per departure point on tickets, departure times and boarding locations.
